Deli Sandwiches

Ingredients

Equipment

  • Deli Meats (Scouts use about 2 oz per sandwich, adults use about 4oz)

  • Sliced Cheese (1 slice per sandwich)

  • Buns, Subs, or Sliced Bread (Scouts prefer sliced, Adults prefer Subs)

  • Mayonaise

  • mustard (I use honey mustard for sweet, or dijon mustard)

  • tomato (optional - 1 good sized tomato for 8 scouts)

  • onion (optional - 1 med onion for 8 scouts)

  • Lettuce (optional)

  • knife to chop onions, etc...

  • Baggies to put sandwiches into if you plan to carry them somewhere


Set the Meats on the serving table
Set the sliced cheese on the serving table
Set the bread on the serving table
set the Mayonnaise, Mustard and any other sauces on the serving table
slice the tomato and set on the serving table
slice the onion and set on the serving table
Separate lettuce leaves and rinse, set on the serving table.
