Bratwurst sandwiches

with onions and peppers
 (serves 6 to 8)

Ingredients Equipment

6 to 8 Beer Bratwurst
6 to 8 Hot dog buns or other suitable bun
1 onion, chopped
1 Bell Pepper, sliced into strips
Spicy Mustard
Little bit of butter or oil to cook veggies in.
 

 Bar-B-Que, Grill or something to cook on.
knife to chop onions, etc...
Pan to cook the onions and peppers in
Spoon or something to stir the onions and serve them
 

Cook Bratwurst on bar-b-que or grill in pan until well cooked. 

Cook chopped onions and pepper together in pan with a little butter or oil until just becoming soft.

Slap Bratwurst in bun, add peppers and onions as desired.  Some people also like Mustard with this
